Paul Morgan-Bentley, Head of Investigations at The Times said: “It was really hard to pick a winner this year because the standard was  incredibly high. I was so impressed by the breadth in particular of the different types of investigative reporting that were shown by such young journalists.”

Keith Gladdis, Head of Strategic Media at MHP Group, said: “The sheer quality of entries to 30 To Watch this year shows the future of journalism is in safe hands. We’ve seen everything from hard hitting investigations to good old fashioned scoops.”
